Coaching for Leaders & Managers, Long Term Growth

  • $10,000 a year, unlimited personal coaching

  • Includes Assessments

  • in person or virtual

Everyone can benefit from a coach. Especially leaders, and even other coaches. If you are considering this package, your desire is for ongoing growth, and I'd be thrilled to be your stalwart support.  We’ll meet as often as you need to for in depth problem solving and to continue to build on your skills and talents.

Hiring? Discipline? People development?  Career planning? Continuing education?  We’ll go wherever you need to, on whatever topic, to keep you on a path of continuous growth and improvement.  We’ll get you plugged into peer groups as well so that you can have a place to learn from others who are figuring out leadership like you are.

I offer this package under a scholarship plan for pastors:  name your own discount up to 90%.  This is for pastors who are currently in ministry roles or who have retired from the pastorate after age 60.  If you’re in full-time service at a Christian not-for-profit with a small budget, please contact us about scholarships as well.

Coaching for Leaders & Managers, Short Term Reboot

  • $2,000 for 6-8 sessions over a 2 month Period

  • Includes Assessments

  • in person or virtual

There are many styles of leadership, but all good leaders care well for those on their team and strengthen them in their gifts.  Great leaders know the strengths and weaknesses of those they manage and how to lean into other’s talents. You can’t do it all, and you shouldn’t try. Building a thriving team starts with being aware of who you have and mapping their individual paths for success.

This package is designed to help a leader pause, take stock of themselves and the situation around her or him, and to reset.  We’ll look at several resources and assessments that can be ongoing tools and educational opportunities and help you to reboot with your team through a combination of repentance and retooling.  The cost includes individual assessments for the manager and weekly access to coaching for two months.  Often this is enough for someone who’s been struggling in a role to regroup and set them up to work with her or his own manager or board for continued long term growth.

Most organizations don’t have a clear understanding of how to raise up leaders and managers. High quality performers get thrown into leadership roles with little preparation because that’s the path to better earning power and we assume if you can succeed at one thing, you can help others.

That system doesn’t work.  Management of others is its own skill and rarely comes naturally to people even though they previously succeeded in a more technical role.  On top of that, we often have poor assumptions when we take on leadership roles as to how to succeed. Those assumptions are often based on poor principles or outright falsehoods. I want to help new managers with a solid foundation of what it means to be a good manager.

As a Christian, leadership is service.  We talk about servant-leadership but often have no idea practically how to pursue that.  You may be in a leadership role and know that you’re not succeeding.  You may be outright struggling and wondering if you can change at all.

This package works beautifully for managers who need to re-assess and optimize the roles on their team, and for those who are managing others for the first time. Whether in a Christian or secular environment, it helps first time managers to set the right tone for the role before learning bad habits.

This is the place for those struggling to find courage, and for the lost to find direction.  Maybe you just lost a job- or you’re about to.  Or you feel stuck in a job that doesn’t seem to fit. The Sunday Night Blues every week hit hard and you dread the feeling of needing to go back to work.  In your case it’s not a bad boss (or not just a bad boss) but a strong need or desire for something that feeds you instead of drains you.

I believe that every person should do the work that God designed them to do.  Work that fits with your personal talents and super-powers. Work that leaves you fulfilled and not just exhausted.

This coaching package is designed to help you to be more aware of your talents, your working energy, and your passions in a way that is targeted towards making good career and job choices.

I combine the use of multiple assessments (6 Types of Working Genius, Gallup’s CliftonStrengths, and Marcus Buckingham’s StandOut) to uncover your personal superpowers. We’ll look together at your passions and the values that drive you as we define the work that is challenging, energizing and fulfilling to you personally. We’ll talk about your “Why” and make sure you have the tools you need to find work that is more than a paycheck.

This is an ideal package for anyone struggling with burnout or already convinced by desire or circumstances of the need for a different or more focused career path.

Ongoing coaching during a job search is also available with a payment plan. I want to make it as easy as possible for people who are in constrained financial places to get the support they need. If that is you, we do have the option to set up an extended payment plan. No interest will be charged as long as a monthly payment of any size is made. You choose whether $5, $10, or $25 is a good amount for you and we will set that up as a recurring payment. When you get a job, you can pay off the whole amount or continue with the monthly plan until you catch up on expenses.
